My UV-5r just came in a few days ago and I just got around to mounting my mfj1717 this morning.
I dont have my tech yet, but am planning on testing next month when my local club is hosting it. I tuned into the all the local repeaters and they have been dead all day :/ With all this lack of Chat I decided to look up. Picked up a sat tracker, went and found a compass and looked up some frequencies. I hit so-33, co-57, ao-7 and vo-52. 3 beacons and I heard some chat on hamsat. Im trying to scrounge up some parts to make a tape measure yagi right now

ETA: Going to see if I can grab co-55's beacon in the next 20. |
