I had 2 of those set up but I had to take them down.

Some jackass in a red bull plane kept flying between them and doing loops in my back pasture.

But, seriously-this is a solution in search of a problem. Especially for $1k....anyone seen an 'electrical hotstick' like the linemen use? 30'+ and for waay less than this.

I posted this and saw it was a dupe. In theory it is great. The more I think about it the less i like it.

At 60 bucks a 6 ft piece these Jameson layup sticks are cheaper and better.

They have one in Lexington. It serves a purpose in a pinch and is a quality made product. Now if I could only get off their mailing list...
