I have a chance to buy MREs with an inspection date of 11/11 and the bulls eye sticker is good. The price is $25. It's local so no shipping. That sounds like a good deal. Agree?
Any votes on picking A or B menus? Thanks |

$25 a case is a very good price. Although the inspection date is next year, these will still be good for awhile.
For more info, including your questions about Menu A vs. Menu B, check out www.mreinfo.com |

At $25/case I would buy a case of each.
However, if you must choose one, I would go with Menu B - you avoid the infamous Cheese & Vegetable Omelet. However, be aware of the Dairyshake recall |

Thanks for the input guys!
wshbrngr - When I was looking down the list of meals that one jumped out at me, for good reason I guess. :) GNNC - I'm in Raleigh so probably not close enough for you. You can see the ads if you look at Craig's List for Raleigh, they are listed as $30. |

It has been removed from the menu on the current meals.
Personally, I have not tried that one yet. (I am not up to the 2005 MRE's yet) I recently (few weeks ago) opened a full case packed in 2001 for a fishing trip - they were all still good. No one got sick or had any digestive problems. (children or adults) |
