Tapped 200 plus trees this year.
Made 1 gallon maple syrup so far.
Gonna boil down another 60 gsllons sap tonight.
Last year I made 4 gallons total of syrup.

Had an awesome run yesterday!
Got another 80 plus gallons...Boiled till 1:00 am...
should be a good week...

Is this warm weather in the 70's going to hurt the sap production? Seems like we zipped right past the typical temps for making maple syrup.
