how about 7.296 sound clear.

I have some stations very weak into Miami.

Sounds like some ARFCOM members have hooked up.

What you may have been hearing was me. I was calling CQ arfcom then I had a random QRP station come back to me. While we were QSO'n I had a random mobile hop in. I was popular.

testing out my setup. About a week ago i stopped getting QSL's. receive great, but no responses. Rebuild my balun, and checked connections. Right now on 10.140

Haven't received any contacts yet. I'm doign PSK. bouncing between 10140 and 7070 for a little bit here. I rewound the coax balun/choke with new coax, as the old stuff was black looking. Still not having any luck. Few weeks ago had a QSO with belgium. now nothing. Next guess would be the coax.

T-storms around this area.. not good for 75m....
S8-9 most of the time.. there is one qso, net i think going on around 3985. +20 over here !!!

I just strung up a simple dipole made of 20ga speaker wire inside my apartment.

Tonight I made 40m contacts in PA and AL

It's just a 25' length of wire into the positive side of my LDG 1:1 Balun, with about a 18' length into the ground end, the wires are 90° to each other. And I've worked all over the country and western Canada, NVIS and skip (sky wave)
