Cheaper than Dirt had a good special a while ago, 2 for 6.95.  I believe that they still have them 1 for 6.95, but I haven't actually looked in a little while.

In the latest CTD catalog, they are listing the splints at $6.97 each.  You should be able to find them online too at CheaperThanDirt.com  Emergency Essentials ( www.BePrepared.com)also has them; but, they want $11.95 each.
