Anyone using any of these bulbs.

Looks interesting to have a few scattered about the house.

Not too bad. Kind of pricey. I wonder what the lifespan of the battery is

I picked up a pair of 175 watt/hour UPS that look like slightly big power strips. I have one running a lamp in the grand room and another bedside running my clock radio, LED system, and table lamp. They'll run the LED lights in both locations for about 9 hours. Another advantage is that the one upstairs in the master bedroom beeps to let me know there's been a power outage waking me if I'm asleep. I don't remember what I paid for the little UPSs but they were way cheap - $40 or so on sale.

Those lamps provide less than half the light output of a normal 60W bulb.  350 lumens vs ~800 - 900 lumens.  Their description says the same light output as a 40W bulb, but in reality it would be closer to a 30W.  Fine if you can live with that amount of illumination I suppose, but it seems like a costly way to get rather poor quality backup lighting.
