I know it's not SF worthy but I know you folks will know . a friend used my genny last weekend and then told me it did not work , well it worked two weeks before as I tested it for both 240v and 12v output , anyway this is what I have found . pic 1 pic 2 this genny has only every been tested for short runs and has never had a load on it for more that a few minutes so my question is what would make a capacitor blow out like that . john. |
