Have not used a trolling motor on any of my 17 ft. whalers in the last 25 years ... now i gots the hots to get a 70-80 lb remote lanyard set up . i like the min kota brand .
I will be mounting on the starboard front corner .... anyone have any suggestions or places to look . I'm not opposed to removing the front rail . 2k is close to my budget
