Can anyone recommend a low cost 1000 watt pure sine wave inverter. This is not a critical use item so nothing like Xantrax needed. There are several on Amazon but hard to tell which might be reliable long term. For what I'm going to use it for I could probably get by with a modified sine wave but just looking to see if there might be a reasonably price alternative out there. |

The prices on some of the inverters on Amazon look good, but my concern is that the cheaper ones will produce the same results you saw. I guess if a person had an oscilloscope and could check out how good the pure sine wave was you might get by with one of these. It looks obvious as to why you get what you pay for in these inverters. |

| While the warranty for exchange doesn’t work like most HF product on their inverter lineups (people tend to burn them up not abiding by the cable length restrictions), the nice thing is that if you need a replacement there is one available in every major city that you KNOW will bolt up to where you had your defective one and work while it gets fixed. |

My Outback VFX was over $1000, but you can buy an Ecoflow Delta 2 for $300-$350 on sale. The Delta 2 has a 1800 watt inverter, 1 kWh battery and solar controller in a single unit. |
| FWIW, the HF inverters are typically just over $300 and you don’t pay shipping because you just go pick them up. |
