I bought some water cans from lci and they were easy to deal with.
They shipped one water can but did not tell me the others were on backorder. I called them and they figured it out quickly and the cans showed up maybe a week later. I would have preferred having an email update that things were backordered but I was happy to see how well they figured things out for a little guy like me. Seems like they mostly deal with big orders. I mostly have been buying from the ee on here when I get some cash, or it is stuff like boots that I want to try on first. I plan to order my 2nd pair of boots off the net, but I am happy to give a local store my money since they had stuff in stock. |
