Ok.  Last attempt here.  A few years ago I bought the Cd to.program the radio from gigaparts.  Worked great.  We have since switched computers and I have lost the sn to make the Cd work.  Does anyone have a sn they will pm meqso I can see if it will work? I really don't want tonspend the money again.

Yeah, just use your existing RT Systems (standard fare at GigaParts, HRO, etc.) USB cable to run VX7 Commander from KCC's link above. You could be programming your HT 10 minutes from now.

I have several VX-7Rs and the VX7 Commander linked works fine with the RT Systems cable, as does CHIRP. I prefer to use VX7 Commander or RT Systems to CHIRP though.

Your RT Systems serial number will be printed on the envelope the disk came in.

It does, I have it and have successfully used it with the VX-7R and might have mentioned that already.
