I am in the market for a AXMC, have read that some people feel that the Cheek piece is some what flimsy. I haven't got to put my hands on one yet to verify so i thought i would throw it out there.
Or if anyone knows of a gun shop in NH that has one i could paw.

The AXMC is solid all around. The AXMC is the all around nicest rig on the market IMO. I shoot the AT and continue to be impressed with what AI is capable of. The quick change barrel is very nice and well thought out.

dunno. i sure enjoyed shooting one and i would get one if they made them left handed. i didn't notice it being flimsy, but i don't have a ton of time on them.
flimsy isn't always necessarily bad. the XLR chassis definitely has a flimsy cheek rest that has some give in it when you smoosh your cheek into it. at first i expected it to be a problem, but it never seemed to hurt anything and actually made it a little more comfortable

I figured it was crap, but hate to drop that kind of cash and not handle one, If anybody knows a shop in NH selling one pass it on please.

Picked up a AXMC off of Snipers Hide. New. It will be here Next week, Will get it set up and shoot some groups and update this thread for anybody else looking.
