| I just picked up my 7.62 OSS suppressor, the largest barrel diameter that will fit since its a OTB design is .740", I originally had planned on getting a Remington 700 AAC-SD barrel profile diameter of .865" but since clearly I'm going to have to get some barrel done work to get my suppressor to work with this gun am I better off going a different route? I'm not sure what a barrel re-profile would cost just not if theres a more cost effective route to go. I like the idea of having the faster twist rate of the AAC version, this will be my first precision gun too. Sending it off to Marvin Pitts for a re-profile and dimple job is in the back of my head as a pretty cool option though. |
