Hello everybody,

I had a friend recently offer me a Huber Trigger of my choice for my R700.  I've never heard of the brand and was hoping that someone here did and might be able to tell me about the product.

I've watched the videos on the Huber site, but there just isnt a lot of information to go on, and very few reviews on youtube and the internet.

I would appreciate any information you can share.

When you say your buddy is  "offering" you a trigger are your saying he is giving it to you free of charge or will sell you one?

I don't have any experience with them, but if based on price alone I would probably go the route of Jewell for the single stage or CG Jackson for the two stage.  If its free (or at a very reasonable price) I would take it a - they look nice and I bet they work very well, but really see to be marketed with a little too much BS.

As far as I'm concerned there 2 stage trigger is the best on the market.

They are very well built, are "sealed" a little better than most so they are not as susceptible to dirt and debris as others.

I use one on my comp gun and highly recommend them to my customers when building a rifle.

The Huber triggers are really nice with a clean break. While more expensive than others, they are sealed to keep debris out and keep them running in really dusty conditions...which is a peace of mind if you shoot competition or if it's a SHFT rifle. The only negative I've found with them is that you can't adjust it yourself. Besides that, the trigger is consistent in it's pull and break. In short, it runs like a champ.
