Anyone have experience with one of the kimber hunter line of bolt actions? Looking for feedback on accuracy, fit finish etc. Look like good option for the money, this would be used as a mountain/big game gun.
Any insight would be appreciated. |

Personally not a fan of Kimber for many reasons, Ill take a real M70 for the money or a Tikka. What caliber are you looking for? |
| I have shot a handful of Kimber rifles over the past few years. They are not bad shooters, and are typically decent looking rifles. Having said that, I dont think they shoot better than most stock Tikka, Savage, or Remington rifles. If you like them and dont mind the price go for it, I just dont think they offer any more value than most other quality stock factory rifles. The ones I have shot have not been "custom shop" type quality, but they are not junk either. |
