| I've got a Savage (can't remember which model) in .17 HMR. Bought it as a combo with a Simmons scope. I don't shoot it often, but it seems like the zero shifts every damn time I shoot it. I bought it knowing the scope was shit and it's time to upgrade. I looked at these two scopes today at Cabela's Cabela's Vortex They both seemed to be about the same clairity, the Cabela's brand had a BDC feature and the Vortex just a plain crosshair reticle. Anyone have any experience with either of these? Any other recommendations? I don't mind spending a little more money for a better scope. |
