Should I loctite my scope base to my rifle? Semi auto, dedicated.

What's the make? Probably not required but blue loctite usually won't cause a problem.

No name probably, just two thumbscrews to tighten it. I did finger tight but next time I was thinking use a .25 piece but I have blue loctite as well.

In my experience, yes. I've had literally dozens of scope bases come loose from just shooting the rifle. Depends on what you're doing with it but I use it as a general practice.
