Anyone have any dealings with Ruger Customer Service.Do they follow up.Is it best to call or submit your request online.

I'd call. If you can't get a person then email. I would think they'd be easy to work with.

I submitted a request online.   The next business day they emailed me back and said something along the lines of "call us so we can discuss it and get additional information."   Through the whole process they were great to work with and resolved my issues in record time.   I will buy from Ruger again with confidence.

I had a warranty issue with a rifle a year or so ago with them. No issues with ruger. They paid shipping to and from. Whole thing went smoothly.

Eta: I called them and spoke to someone.

I called and they took care of me very quickly.

I had my gun back 8 days later.

Another time I bought an OLD .44 carbine that was missing the barrel band.  I couldn't find a replacement online so I called Ruger.  They sent me one for free.
