I am lucky enough to get an advanced set to play with of the new Dope Disk from Vortex for the ocular Defender cap. The Dope Disks are well made and not cheap laminated paper. They feel like a plastic with the data printed right onto the it so it won't run or get soggy when wet. Easy to read giving you your data right in front of you so you don't have to come far off the rifle.

Installation is easy and secure. All you do is lay it in to the cap with the notches lined up and twist it into the locked position. Simple. You can just as easily change them out for other loads in the same rifle. Here are some pics.

The Defender flip ups are very nice caps and the only competition is the $100 a set AADMounts and even at costing more I like the Defenders better. They are easier to install and the Defenders also lock in place when up. I like them much better than the AADMount flip ups.
