Big pine I ran across cruising timber today.  27.5" diameter.  119 feet tall.  One of the bigger ones I've tallied.

Today's attempt.  Tons of lightning, but only got one shot.   6sec @f22, ISO50   (very bright day. Don't recommend this)

I've just been using my Blackberry Z30 for a facebook picture a day project.
I did get my Pentax MX-1 in over the weekend so maybe I'll get a little better once I figure it out.

If that's your truck you could probably part it out or sell the whole thing for some decent $ if you advertise a little. Internationals are more collectable than old Fords or Chevys.

It belongs to a local old timer. Not sure I would want to ask. Some of them can be odd about their old stuff.

On a side note: how can I reduce the size of my pictures when I copy the URL from Facebook?
The 8mp shots just get gritty at full size.

I can't think of a way to do it. Try Flickr for sharing images on here. It's what most of us use.

Just got a Tamron 150-600 lens. Always wanted to do nature photography and found a good price on this one.

Here's one of my first shots.

These two are about a month apart.

Sadly there's no way I could catch up with any of them using my phone.
