Does that Ohlins require the fork spring be replaced too?

My buddy got rid of his Tiller because he could never get it set up right for his liking, but it was a track bike.

I rode it before and after the rear shock surgery, and man, what a difference in the feel of it.

Hope you are still liking the bike and riding the crap out of it!

Does a used TL rear suspension fit a 1999 SV650?

3 hours.
It should have been two, but the spacers that came with the kit needed to be "modified" to fit.
That and I lost the second to the last screw (for the seat lock) and spent 10 minutes cussing and 2 minutes looking for it.

Fork spring?  

Fork springs.
No, not required.
However, at some point in time I will need to get the front forks rebuilt.
