I just upgraded from my Kanger EVOD w/650Mah to a T3 tank/ 900Mah Smok VV rig. Any sugestions on how to find the right settings to get the best flavor/hit combo?

This chart should help a bit.
These are just guidelines.. Some vape well above the wattage listed that may burn some juice.

If you can put a microcoil and cotton wick in it, then turn it up to max and see from there.

Easiest way is to turn it all the way down, then take a hit. If it's weak turn it up a little, keep repeating until you are getting a good cloud of vapor. |

How many Mah matters not. Its how many volts you are pushing through how many ohms. How many Mah you got just determines how long/many times you can do it.
