For me, it's tough to narrow it down, but I will go with the SIG PE57. High quality, amazing craftsmanship, lots of unique features. A couple of years ago a member here (I forget who) posted a detailed pic thread of his own, and I was instantly hooked.

There is a gentleman that attends our local MG shoot that has a Stgw. 57 converted from a SIG AMT - I believe Martin Pearl did the conversion.

This. The shot show demo looked like a pretty solid rifle that's well made. Now supposedly there WILL be a 25-round magazine available too.

This will be about as close as I ever get to a REAL STG-44 I suspect.

They are projected to the market for April I think.

Yea me too and while I have fired a 470 NE I have not has the pleasure of firing a 450/500. BTW the 450/500 H&H is what Roosevelt used in 1909 on his big hunt.
That said my dream combo would be doubles in 450/500 NE, .375 NE (H&H flanged magnum) and bolt guns in .458 Lott, 505 gibbs, 375 H&H mag and .300 H&H..
There are others of course but always been fascinated with these.

I've actually handled the G41 (or at least, parts of one), and it's definitely an interesting piece of HK history...that's the first photo I've seen of one in several years.
