Starship Troopers. I've never seen a good book butchered into such a cheesy movie. I had a Mini-14 in a Muzzelite stock...I wanted to like it. The Hellboy Samaritan is cool, but not a lot of case support 
The district nine weapons are cool, too. The anime movie "Appleseed" had a lot of cool weapons throughout. Aliens was on last night...I missed it 
The first time seeing a Gyrojet pistol in a James Bond movie had me build one out of Lego. 
As far as real guns, the Anzio take-down 20mm is pretty bad-ass
