I imagine it would be a bunch of unbathed fatty fat fats wanting a bunch of shit done for free. Possibly bringing you awesome war relics to drill and tap for scope mounts.

Outside a large gunshow would be better.  Cut and crown barrels.  Thread muzzles.  Install new sights on pistols.  Drill and tap old Lugers for Leapers red dot sights.   Etc.

Doing it right now. Travel to high schools and teach HS shop students to program and run CNC machines on the trailer. Very cool job as I get to drive around with it, and help a lot of young people develop an interest in a good career.
Once in a while I get to make stuff for myself, Too!

Would be more fun to pull up in that rig a bit early and crank out a quick and ugly rifle while everyone watches and then shoot in the match with it

If you had a mobile CNC...people show up with their 0% lowers, jig them up and machine away.  As long as they jig the 0% lower, then they push the start..

That is very cool.  I teach MasterCAM, and Quality at a local CC.  That would be a great way to get more interest from the HS kids.

Broke?  You would keep the chips.  Since each lower makes about 1/2 pound of chips, you could make a killing on the scrap metal market

That's been a long-time 'WANT' of my own as well .

Back when I was a teen and Loudon NH still had a decent bike week ( before Bahre bought the track ) there was an old coot that had a mobile machine shop and followed the race circuit .

I saw him there twice and he always had a few cylinders to do .

It was in a box van , some old truck chassis , I forget what . But it was stuffed to the gills with odds and ends and about a 9 x 48 lathe , bench top mill drill , hydraulic press , lil surface grinder , torches and a TIG rig , etc, etc.
I remember watching him scamper around in that mobile shop and later , looked back , and thought that would be an interesting lifestyle for a gypsy-souled sumbitch .
A 20 foot conex trailer is about perfect . . . . this was one of a few that Ive spent weeks at a time  in on turbine outages over the years . Set it up with more welding equipment and a small press , mount whole thing on an F 650 , or similar .

In between shoots , you could follow a road race circuit ...repairing bikes .

Boring and Honing cylinders after a meltdown or being grenaded

Polishing crankshafts

Touching up / replacing valves and seats -guides

Welding frames

Fabing small parts / press work /etc

I'm surprised noone has mentioned the obvious ...

A mobile van that dispenses ammunition from a vending machine.

5% royalty for the ideer.

For another 2% I'll throw in a catchy song.

"It's the ammo van, the ammo van is here
It's the ammo van, to take you to the happy place,
so lets all get on the van right now
and load up your boom sticks so you wont be bored"

(sung to the music from Dale Gribble - It's The Voting Van)

Check the government auctions. I've seen a few for sale.

I really like the traveling to schools. That's how I got started in the trade. It's sad most schools sold all their equipment.

One of the nicest shops I've ever seen was the mobile shop that the AMU hauls around with it.  I can only imagine what their actual shop at Benning looks like.

But to the OP, if you have lottery money, and you're going all over the place to shooting matches anyway, why not just shoot the matches and enjoy yourself?
