Not sure if this is a dupe but figured I would share.

With all the extra weight just use an AR10, one .308 is still better than two even three .223 rounds...

Yep... that one's been around a few times.  Still kinda interesting though.

I...uhhh...hmm

Oddly enough I almost kinda want but not really. I'm very confused about this whole concept and it is causing me to question my life and the decisions that have brought me to this point in it.

They could always just put two triggers in.

Bwahahahaha.

That's pretty cool in a ridiculous sort of way, like the double 1911.

I appreciate it for the novelty failure.

Yup. Capable of discharging more than one shot with the single pull of the trigger = machine gun

I still prefer this one, which I have actually got to hold while drinking beer with its creator. Sadly it was way to late at night to get to shoot it.

There was a 22LR gun built like that about 20 years ago.  It was select fire and marketed to prison systems. It was made in South America, IIRC.

Do not think they ever got any orders, and it would be half the weight of this thing.

How does it handle ammo with hangfires?

If one cartridge fires and unlocks the bolts before the other cartridge fires, that could KABOOM.

How about their AK 12 gauge Gatling gun?
It's like watching a video of a plane crash. Horrible, but compelling at the same time.

I've always wondered if it came with Xanax or the like for sighting in. I've tuned a shotgun barrel using a rubber mallet or a bag of feed and blanket, but I don't think that'd work here.

LOL.... the Siamese16 - does Tony still have it?

When I was there a little over two years ago he did. Plus a ton of other cool stuff. Kinda weird how I made it out there. A girl I was dating asked if I wanted to hang out and drink beer with some of her friends. Went to his house, he introduced himself as Tony. I did not think much of it until he asked if I wanted to go out to the shop. I quickly realized that I had wound up in the Tromix shop. Was a fun night.

What's the point?

If one trigger pull = one bullet there is no advantage over a regular AR-15.

If one trigger pull = 2 bullets it is a machine gun built after the 86 ban so we can't have it.

Could it be designed with two triggers right next to each other that would operate each barrel independently.  Then it's one pull of the trigger for one round, you just pull two triggers at the same time.  If you did have a jam on one barrel you would still have one function.

I had not seen this before, but it probably would have been best to keep it that way. Kinda like the double 1911.

The one Tromix made that was full auto was cool, but obviously 'normal' people can't have that unless they use a registered M16 lower.

Needs two triggers, then it makes sense for states where you are only allowed 10 or 15 round mags.

That is what I was thinking, two separate triggers (molded together), still making one pull, firing two rounds, however it would just be pulling two triggers at the same time.

A double barreled AK would be twice as likely not to jam as a double barreled AR.

That's what I thought, but it looks like the piston is in between the barrels. Wouldn't a piston have to be above each barrel? A gas tube could be in the middle and then just be curved around to the top of the barrels.
