Need new tires: decent mud, sand, and wet, low road noise.

LT275/65R20 or bigger if you can justify.

NO michelin 60,000 tires that last for 24000!

it's going to be hard to satisfy all your requests with one tire but the BFG AT's would be a good choice. These are all I use and am happy with them, although I've never had them in sand.

35X12.5X20 Toyo MT will fit with a leveling kit. I have them on my 2008 F250, 40k on them and they have another 10 to 15k left in them.

MTR's. Can be a bit noisy depending on road surface. Quiet on concrete portion of highway, noisier on asphalt.

Goodyear wrangler duratrac or wrangler silent armor

The silent armies are surprisingly quiet due to a layer of noise absorbing Kevlar.

Your going to have to give up the low road noise part if you want the other ones

Bridgestone Dueler AT Revo 2.  My Silverado wears LT285 70/17's in the E load rating. Expensive, heavy, and durable. Pretty quiet on pavement. Good in mud, soft dirt, snow, and wet pavement. No complaints. Great all terrain tire.

You want a fairy unicorn tire that doesn't exist.

Since we live in the real world, pick between these three:

Michelin AT/2, BFG AT, and Toyo MT.

Those are three of the most popular and well regarded truck tires, going from least aggressive to most aggressive, while retaining the attributes you want to some degree.

Its probably not the Michelin tires, its probably not running the proper rated tire. That is a heavy ass truck.
