Where did you see it? I don't think it's offical one, there's a gay bar in Colorado Springs that has a tiedye colored one so finding somebody to make a "non-standard" one can't be that difficult I'd think. The only offically accepted one that I've seen like that is the Serapis Flag. But I don't think that's what you're talking about. Little context would help. |

I've seen the inverted color ones. The stars are blue on a field of white and the stripes are white-red instead of red-white. No idea what they mean.
