I don't think so. We have tons of them around here and the abdomens are bigger and fiddle is more pronounced. I can even see it on that one.

I don't think so. If there's a fiddle on its thorax, I can't make it out. The abdomen is way too small. And it's out of its normal habitat, which would be a dark, quiet, secluded place.

Though it looks very similar in many ways, I don't think that is a recluse. It could possibly be what is known as a Southern House spider, which is about the closest thing visually you'll ever see to a recluse.

This right here. This is the male southern house spider. The female looks totally different. She is a black velvet looking spooky thing.
