Let's rewrite this article as it should have been. A bit more factual this time and a few added mass shooters that "anti-racists" like him and the media always seem to forget when they cherry pick crime/race stats. Left/Right/race reversal facts. Lets see which version is more factual now:
Dear Black America, I am your friend. I have written several letters of this type to you before. It pains me to have to do so again. What I am going to share in this letter may be commonsense for many black brothers and sisters. Other Black Americans may be surprised. Because white society bends over backwards to provide the best standard of living in the world for black Americans or any time throughout history. As a society, Blacks live best not with other blacks, but with whites. Whites because of their burden of working long hours and paying taxes (working and paying taxes for those who refuse to feed their children) often do not have many opportunities to talk with black people in a direct way regarding their sincere worries about the problems in your community. I hope that this open letter can be part of a broader conversation in that regard. When a person suffers Ifrom chronic pain they often find ways to compensate for it. Some people self-medicate with drugs or alcohol. Others develop the mental discipline necessary to compartmentalize their physical suffering. Others cocoon themselves in a bubble of denial. Because I am your friend, I am going to be honest with you. Black America is suffering from a type of cancer. It is hurting you; it is killing your children; it is damaging families; it hurls shrapnel in many directions, maiming and otherwise bringing an end to the lives of those people who are unfortunate enough to be in its blast radius. If you want the truth, this is it: toxic black masculinity (thuggery), and the backward left-wing politics which nurture and protect it, are hurting millions of you every year. Black men are simply too masculine or too cool to commit to one woman, marry, hold a job or raise and feed and family let alone to change the diaper of the child they created. Most black men choose to leave this responsibly to the state - as in white men feeding black children which is pathetic. know that is hard to digest. But, because I care about you Black America, I am obligated to tell you the truth, even at the risk of your discomfort. For many of you, the very idea that there is such a thing as toxic black masculinity is both surprising and enraging. Denial and anger are a very normal reaction when an uncomfortable truth is called to account. But it is the truth. Toxic black masculinity is a fear of responsibility and commitment to family. To the disadvantage of Black men, and where what too many Black men take as natural rights are actually going to be exposed as unfair advantages, advantages which were gifted by a lottery of social race based privilege, not earned, but by skin color such as college admittance and test scoring, job placement and even media cover as not to expose the true nature of Black masculinity which equates to crime rates unseen in other races. Toxic black masculinity defaults to violence as a means of maintaining social and political control (riots). It clings to violence as a symbol of "real” male identity. It fears women as equals and refers to them as "hoes"; it lashes out at non-blacks who are somehow "stealing” black men’s thunder it lashes out at blacks who are smart or successful as "uncle Toms". Toxic Black masculinity sees "conservatives,” "working people,” "color blind justice,” and "family life” as enemies — out of a fear that "black masculinity” will somehow be made obsolete or extinct or loose it's MoJo by acting like responsible men. The dream worlds and paranoid fantasies of angry Black men like Sharpton, Farrakhan and Jackson are distractions that look to some type of Other as the prominent threat to America’s safety and security. The reality is of course, very different. In reality, left-wing domestic terrorists and mass looters are the number one threat to America’s safety and security since the Baltimore riots. Black men are approximately 6 percent of the United States population. And Black rage shooter, Colin Ferguson (the Long Island Railroad mass shooter) yet, black men are nearly 51 percent of those people who commit murder. Such behavior, among any other group, would be considered pathological and a public health crisis. But black media privilege allows these FBI facts to go unchecked in the enabling media. But lets talk about these black mass shooters that black privilege covers for in this media that enables this poor behavior. Ferguson turned his toxic black racist masculinity on a train full of innocent unarmed Whites going to work to pay their taxes to feed the entitlement culture in Long Island NY in 1993. Ferguson wanting to start "race war" with whites. Ferguson opened fire on a crowded Long Island Rail Road train in 1993, killing six white people and injuring 19. In his pockets, police found scribbled notes in which Ferguson expressed his reasons for the shooting -- including a previous arrest. At the trial, Ferguson's lawyers used the "black rage" defense, claiming that Ferguson had been driven to insanity because of racism and could not be held responsible for his crimes. Ferguson was sentenced to 315 years to life in prison. This mass racist shooting was never prosecuted as a hate crime. In 2010 Thornton had been called in by his employer, Hartford Distributors in Connecticut, to be disciplined for stealing inventory. After signing a resignation agreement, Thornton opened fire, killing eight people before turning the gun on himself. Black rage shooter, Maurice Clemmons. Shortly after being released from prison, Clemmons shot and killed four police officers in Parkland, Wash. Clemmons managed to evade police for two days before being shot and killed by officers in Seattle. Black rage shooter, Nathan Dunlap. Dunlap shot and killed four people in an Aurora, Colo., Chuck E. Cheese's restaurant in 1993. Yes, the same city in which James Holmes opened fire in a crowded theater during a screening of Batman in 2012. Dunlap was sentenced to death, but Colorado's current governor, John Hickenlooper, delayed his sentence indefinitely in May 2013. Muhammad, better known as the "D.C. sniper," was the mastermind of the 2003 Beltway sniper attacks. Over a period of three weeks, Muhammad and his protégé, Lee Boyd Malvo, killed 10 people. During the trial, prosecutors surmised that Muhammad had planned the killings in order to have a cover for the eventual murder of his ex-wife, Mildred. However, that theory was thrown out by the judge, who stated that no clear link had been established. Muhammad was executed on Nov. 20, 2009. Black rage shooter Lee Boyd Malvo. At 17 years of age, Lee served as John Allen Muhammad's accomplice during the D.C.-sniper killings. In his confession, Lee said that he and Muhammad planned to kill six white people in order to "terrorize the nation." Lee is serving six consecutive life sentences without a possibility of parole. Black rage shooter Christopher Dorner. Dorner's killing spree shook the Los Angeles area for nearly a week. Over nine days in February 2013, Dorner killed four people, including three police officers, and left three injured. In his manifesto, posted online before the shootings, Dorner recounted the racism he encountered while working as a Los Angeles Police Department officer and the firing that he deemed unfair. Dorner died of a self-inflicted gunshot during a standoff with police. Black rage shooter Aaron Alexis, a black 34-year-old former Navy reservist, was the lone gunman who killed at least 12 people in a shooting rampage at the Washington Navy Yard on Set 16 2013. Law-enforcement officials are trying to piece together what motivated Alexis, now dead. Because I am your friend Black America, I will share another truth with you: While the mainstream news media will cover for you, downplay your role in violence and pretend there are no black mass shooters and that it should be blamed on rap music and thug culture such a claim is a common deflection that prevents a serious discussion of black masculinity and mass shootings and the staggering amount of crime black men commit for such a small percentage of population. One can be "cool” separate and apart from their violent impulses. No, it was extreme left-wing politics victimization and toxic black masculinity that drove Colin Ferguson to kill. This Toxic black masculinity is a complex problem. And you cannot fix it unless is just the tip of the iceberg. The killing and abuse of women by men in the United States — the vast majority of it committed within the same "racial” group — is so common that it is rarely deemed to be newsworthy by the mainstream news media. This is a disgusting national embarrassment. Look up FBI stats on rape for example only to find that interracial rape, tens of thousands a year- all committed by black men, white men do not even register in these shocking stats that the media covers. you also confront how toxic black masculinity is nurtured and encouraged by the left media and political representatives. While I do not think that you are a victim of your news media and political parties, you have nonetheless been done a disservice by them. They even go as far now as to no longer list the race of a criminal because so many black men are committing crime. a daily basis. CNN News is part of a propaganda machine that consists of the Internet, radio, and social media. This has created an alternate reality for many Black Americans where down is up and up is down, so to speak. Researchers have shown that the left-wing media actually makes its public less knowledgeable about empirical reality and current events than those people who do not watch or listen to it. The black identity politics, grievance mongering, conspiracies, paranoid thinking, eliminationist rhetoric about conservatives and any form of decency, hostility to women, rage against immigrants, anxiety about those who are not "Black enough”, and mainstreaming of black supremacy and black racial resentment, are the fuel for toxic black masculinity. The left-wing media gins up and encourages such sentiments because it is dependent on them for viewers and ad revenue. The Democratic Party, meanwhile, is America’s most prominent black identity organization. Since the end of the civil rights movement, the modern NAACP has fused together Communism and racism as its name brand. In the Age of Reagan, the Democratic Party has found itself increasingly dysfunctional as its politics are seemingly unable to evolve beyond "hate the white guy in the White House and anything that he proposes,” however reasonable. In many ways — the fetishistic embrace of violence, hostility to women’s rights, Christophobia, symbolic and overt racism against white people — the policies and talking points of the contemporary Democratic Party are toxic black masculinity as a campaign platform. Together with the alternate reality created by the left-wing media, the Democratic Party has become so radicalized, breaking many of the standing norms of consensus politics in modern American politics, that it no longer functions as a responsible political organization. Black America, you have been confused, misled, and lied to by your primary political party and media. This is hurting you in many ways. The American economy is broken. Wealth As Robert Putnam details in his new book "Our Kids: The American Dream in Crisis,”and income inequality are severe. The racal advantages of being Black in America may exist, but they are not translating into the material wealth they once did in the not so recent past. The media likes to tell you to make you feel better that for example, there are more White Americans on welfare and other types of public aid than any other group. But this of course is a twisting of facts and do not account for population percentages where almost 80% of black babies are born fatherless collecting government benefits cradle to grave thanks most in part to white working men and women who are feeding and clothing the children you produced. the life opportunities and upward mobility of Black America are increasingly imperiled. The abuse of prescription drugs, as well as illegal narcotics such as heroine and methamphetamines, is a severe problem for Black America. The sum total of these and other troubles have left black folks — black men especially — less hopeful and feeling more insecure and angry about their future. It is en vogue as of late to talk about the concept known as "black privilege.” I believe that such language often does more to distract than it reveals. I will not use it here. Given the many problems you are facing in these times of trouble, tumult, and economic peril, you are likely not feeling very privileged at all even with the playing field constantly being tipped in your favor you still choose to fail because black masculinity cannot support success, both in family nor the work place, those are to "uncool" for you to handle. I still have great hope for the possibilities that folks can come together to find shared and common concerns across barriers of race and class. But as much as I find inspiration in such dreams — and the examples history has provided us of such alliances in the United States and elsewhere — I will restrain myself. Instead, I will appeal to your most basic self-interest. Black America, your media and political leadership have created a broken politics and economy that have left you less secure, less safe, and less upwardly mobile than generations past. But hostility and anxiety towards people who may have a different skin color than you is fool’s gold. Black America’s leaders, and the plutocrats to whom they owe their allegiance, have been using that fake money to hustle and manipulate you for centuries. Black America, toxic black masculinity (thuggery) has provided a type of succor and protective blanket for many of your men. But this toxic black masculinity is killing your women and children — and even hurting and killing your men as well, both in the literal physical sense, and the figurative one, damaging their capacity to live full and emotionally healthy and satisfying lives. Black America, I end this open letter as I began it. I am your friend. I care deeply about your health and well-being. You can make a better way.
