It depends on barrel length I think, hand crank is not FA, electric cranking is FA
Here in Michigan I can mosey on down to Midwest Gun Exchange in Indiana and pick one up for 40k as a rifle as long as its got 16" barrels |

They are like semiauto 1919s and M2s and those can legally have barrels less than 16" as long as they are over 26" long. ETA: If kiln guns can have nonnfa suppressors because they aren't portable a much heavier and more permanently mounted Gatling should certainly qualify if someone wrote a tech letter. |
