...this bug.

Can't say I've ever seen one like this before. How long do I have to live?

Also, what round for unidentified flying(?) insects?

I got no idea what that thing is, but DAMN it's huge.  That little bug walking on it's back is tiny by comparison.

Assassin bug of some type is my guess.

Looks like a bug that would love to bite a squash or some beans. Possibly a stink bug.

I think an assassin bug they like to bite your face while you sleep. Carry some nasty disease that can be fatal if I remember correctly.

So it's either a Western Conifer Seed Bug and completely harmless, or a "Kissing Bug" and potentially fatal. Awesome.

Nope. That is the western conifer seed bug. It is similar to the squash bug in size but differs a bit in coloration and expanded tarsi on the hind legs. This home invader belongs to the leaf-footed group of true bugs. Its shape and coloration are distinct from that of BMSB (Brown Marmorated Stink Bug). It is thinner through the body, and has 5 segments to the antennae instead of 4 in the stink bug.

Yep.

Wait until one gets inside your t-shirt while you're mowing the lawn.

Feels like being stuck with a hot needle when he gives you the taste-test.
