Yes, Essential Tremor could be a sign of Parkinson's, or ALS, or Multiple Sclerosis, or drug withdrawal, or simply aging. In any case, it's a bad sign to see in someone who would be President.

I used to live near a casino where every day it was the same 8-10 70-ish yo women playing, mixed in with a random here and there. Their "tells" were so terrible (or great, if you were me).... I would go there every day, play for a couple hours, make $200 and leave. If you stick in the game too long, you'll go all in with pocket aces and someone will suck out a flush on you, so I was very methodical and for as long as that group of ladies was there, I was too. It was my literal job for the better part of a year. You could always situational bluff them out of hands, combined with their tells, it was just too damned easy. Hilary reminds me of those ladies.
