Yes they can.
A man who becomes a woman will begin having a monthly period but it will be poop, not blood. A woman becoming a man will continue to have a period but cum will come out. |

AS for unusual genetic abnormalities: First of all, they are recognized as an abnormality. They are not considered normal or a variant or normal. This debate centers around those who are physically, genetically, and phenotypically one gender and think themselves another without any objective evidence of the same. |
