Glad to see my Pens winning again and moving into second place. Would love to see them somehow take first back but I'm not holding my breath. Hopefully come playoff time the Caps do their usual disappearing trick.

I heard mention on NHL Tonight last night, that he wasn't considered a "repeat offender" due to the time
in between this suspension and his last one. Somehow the Kronwall slew-foot incident didn't count due to it
being called a dangerous trip.

BTW, my boss was mentioned on HNIC as the record holder for the most penalty minutes on his team for 30 years.
395 penalty minutes for one season.

Boss says that's why the Islanders picked him up.
He had a cup of coffee with them and got sent back to the AHL after a few games and more fights than they thought he would get in to.

LOL, he's a great guy now.

I posted about how the Hurricanes are on pace for the least penalized team in modern history, they are well under 500min in the season, funny looking back the Bruins in the 80s had 2800mins lol.
