I can't get to it. It shows in my subscriptions but when I click on it I get redirected to a site statistics page. Subscription page shows Tommy101 posted at 2208 hrs. I was really enjoying that one. It was fun. Can anyone else get to it or is it just me? |

Tommy posted about an hour ago and poof

They are erasing our past and future.............or did tommy post the election results

Oh, I gotta hear the explanation. In before the "It's Aliens" guy.

I didn't subscribe, but it was slow moving enough I could keep up.

View Quote It says you requested your thread to be locked. Why? |
|
Maybe he's actually getting his movie done and needed to get rid of the thread?
|

I know most people were just having fun, but I swear some of the posters sounded like they were serious when they asked him questions about the future. It was a tad creepy.

It says you requested your thread to be locked. Why? I clicked on the thread from general discussion and got redirected (thread genesis). I checked subscriptions and saw it listed, so I tried to act quickly to undo my apparent fuck up (thread edit and lock request). I re-edited my thread when I found I couldn't access the thread from my subscriptions. ETA: and now it's locked per my original report request |
|
If you remember the weird single post from an account with a creation date of 2000 (...or was it 1999), I'm guessing someone on staff was having a bit of fun. Either Tommy was staff, or was working with someone on staff.
For the thread to get vaporized kind of supports that idea. Oh, well, it was fun while it lasted. What was his last message? |
|
That is what we get for corrupting the timeline. Going to check if Dolly in Moonraker has braces in this one.

he traveled back in time and deleated it...just to prove a point....

It was one of those threads that I didn't follow but was fun to read the last page or two every so often. Bad nuke. |

View Quote And without an answer you apparently asked your thread to be locked |

Of all the threads that should be disappeared on ARFCOM they picked the most entertaining one to chuck out of the chopper

The Titor thread brushed up against the Mandela Effect thread, and somehow created an anomaly wherein it is now both here and not here, much like Schrodinger's cat. Dammit. |

On my subscription it says it has 103 pages. the original thread only had 52.
so what gives? Mods? It was an entertaining thread. :( |

His first post was in the "I'm from the future ask me anything" thread on page 6. http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_1_5/1582943__ARCHIVED_THREAD____I_m_from_the_future_ask_me_anything.html&page=6 davio had two posts in that thread and hasn't posted since. That thread was before the more recent John Titor thread. Tommy101 did not start the John Titor thread. I'm very disappointed the John Titor thread was removed. Who requested the John Titor thread to be removed? Why isn't it archived?. I really enjoyed that thread and hope that it can be brought back in its entirety. It was always an interesting read. |

I started that thread. Never went to it and couldn't believe it ran as long as it did. I have no idea what happened to it either.

I would like to know also, was enjoying reading that thread.

I will take the silence from the staff and mods as this was an ARFCOM inside job. If they would like to prove me wrong then they should attempt to give a reasonable explanation on what happened to that thread. |

As the OP of that thread I'm just as perplexed as you guys are. I'd like to know why the mods deleted it. I sure as heck didn't ask them to. I very rarely went into it and was surprised of its duration. But I don't see why it would have gotten nuked.

Berenstain bears.
You guys remember it as John Titor, but it was actually John Titties. It got locked for COC violations. Seriously though, that was a very entertaining read |
