I know that this question has never, ever been brought up before in the history of Glock or the internet, so I thought I would share my epiphany with you.
Why hasn't Glock ever developed a pistol caliber carbine? Seems like such a perfect fit for them. Bring it. All comments are welcomed and encouraged. In the meantime, get your groove on.  Failed To Load Title |

Because I would think that would be the best way to find out something...you know, actually contact the company that you are wondering about, and actually talk to someone like a knowledgeable rep and ask them. . |

Glock's carbine was another AR variant. They decided to shelve it because the AR market was saturated. It was 223/5.56, not pistol caliber.

If you think about it, Glock really only makes one design. It's kind of like S&W revolvers used to be. They make them bigger and smaller and chambered in different cartridges, but there is really just one design. They make that one design extremely well. I suspect they want to keep it that way. On the other hand there is Sig, which has a huge catalogue, some of which is rather dubious.
