Pretty sure that if you rob a store with an airsoft gun and threaten the clerk with it, you're charged with aggravated robbery like you'd had a real gun.
If we acknowledge that it can cause a cashier to fear for their life, why don't we extend the same benefit to police? |

Good Shoot.
Had to venture into Little Beirut on Friday to purchase a use Sony mini component system from a hot co-ed going to school at Portland State...Heavily armed I made my way though downtown and was in and out with no issues...Night time? Fuck that. Nice new/used music unit for the wood shop though...it was worth the risk. |
