I'll probably pick one up, I really like the Stock/Receiver Setup.

Have 5 of the Fixes on Pre-Order, can't wait to get them.

If I really wanted one, I could build it pretty easily. The only interesting part of it to me was the stock and clones of it are available separately now.

I predict they won't do that well. They were cool back when those telescoping stocks on ARs were a thought, but now that you have a good amount of companies manufacturing them I don't see why someone will pay $2,500 (guessing on price) for a Honey Badger when they can probably build one themselves for less.

Kevin has been quoted saying 2K in including the suppressor. It's come a long way from prototype to Product.

Prototype

I could have sworn there are good reasons to not run the can under the rails.

I believe some guys were talking about it in Tech.

Does that ring a bell for anyone? I've never mounted a can in that fashion myself.

The rails get hot is the biggest reason.

Depending on attach type and mount and handguard I guess it might be a hassle to disassemble? Not sure if it uses a threaded or qd can.

Oooooohhh, now that is fancy. How much length does that thing shave off versus a standard buffer tube/stock setup?

Meh. Nice design, but when AAC dropped the ball, others stepped in and now you have tons of frankenguns that do much of the same in the same form factor. I've built three, but only one in .300. With the NEA, Troy and other collapsible MP5 style stocks out there, the options been available for a while to create a "Honey Badger" or "Trunk Monkey" PDW. I'm sure the Q is badass, but they may have missed their window.

Makes sense it would get hot.

I think it was the disassembly issue if I remember that I hadn't thought about.

NFG

okay concept, but kinda shitty execution on the stock.

stock cheekweld sucks, plus you can get w/n a 1 with a non modded/proprietary setup that actually shoots better

so no i dont care

I don't. But I ditched 300 Blackout too so there's that...

Honey Badger stock appears to be a lot more solid than most of the other designs that have came to market. I've messed around with most of the options on the market and can honestly say most feel disappointing.

HOT. AS. FUCK.

Cans under rails gets stupid hot.   To the point where you switch to gloves and then to oven mitts.
