Start preparing your lawsuits. First against her insurance company, and then maybe one for yours when they screw you over also. Probably start shopping for new insurance now, but when they see you just had an accident prepare to get screwed again.

Thought they were pulling over, she took off. She gave up after about five miles and pulled over. No insurance. Ticket only.

Dash cam FTMFW. I've helped a few people out by providing video of accidents caused by the Mexicans down here in Juarez North. They immediately go into accuse mode and will flee the scene or lie when the police show up.

You did better than I did. The cop told me to "leave now" and let the drunk hit and run driver slide.

So glad I bought a dash cam. Haven't caught anything too big yet, just a couple of close calls and a few vehicles turning left from the far right lane on a 4 lane road (2 lanes north and 2 lanes south).

Arlington PD only ticketed for no insurance. My insurance company sued her, AFAIK. The only thing I got out of the deal was watching her sit and cry on the curb for 90 minutes waiting on APD.
