Lol, I knew when this story broke and they mentioned about 5 different times in the article that the guy has a history of duis, plus the lack of a name, that something was very off. His driving behavior was intentional in nature as evidenced in the video. It was not the driving behavior of a sluggish drunk with impaired reaction time. It was purposeful and precise.

That one girl in the red skirt must have been the girl that got killed. It was a brutal hit.
Fate was not on her side that day but 3 things didn't help. Sending text on phone and not paying attention and failure to react. Seems like a lot of times any reaction is enough. |
