I like how they say that SIG pioneered the removable chassis when they straight up stole it from Steyr and are being sued because of it

Looks pretty close to the Civilian P320 right down to the wonky slide lock safety which takes a little getting used to;

Is the civilian version with the safety the exact same model as the M17 (minus the color)? Serious question, I guess.

If I understand everything right though, the m17 that went through the trials was and they upgraded the internals since then in a way that also happened to fix the problem before they started shipping any. If that is the older style pistol in the article then maybe they would be the same at that point. |
