Absolutely.
The one I have up was given to me from my grandmother. I am from the south and damn proud of it. Heritage not hate |
Yes. Simply because other people want to ban it.
I also have a Redskins Jersey. An Indians hat is next on my list. |
Well, yeah.
On display and some extras in storage in case I need them. |

I do need one...where is a good place to get one? View Quote That's Jefferson Davis' home & museum in Biloxi MS. ETA: You can also get a dvd of 'Song of the South' there too! |
Maybe?
I don't remember if I still have my model General Lee in the storage unit or not. |
No, but I do have the battle flag of the Army of Northern Virginia.
I do.
My brother brought it back for me when he did Basic Training in South Carolina. I had even brought it in to Elementary School for show-and-tell. My how times have changed. But I did have a relative fight for the Confederacy, so it's about Heritage, not Hate. |
It was flying in our wedding photos since we had an 1860's period wedding. I was in an officers uniform and the rest of the Confederate artillery battery was present and dressed appropriately.
I don't fly it in my neighborhood but I have a 5x5 battle flag on the wall in my office. |

I have 1 on display with a Lynard Skynard logo and 2 in storage. I'm not ashamed of them, but in the Bay Area you're asking for vandalism when you display them.
Sure.
But not the naval jack. I have a few sewn battle flags, 1st national, and 3rd national. Favorite is Polk's flag. Don't fly em but they go nice with my civil war prints in the study. |
I've got an old one in the gun room. It's neatly folded and on a shelf.
So not really on display and not really in storage. |
I got mine after they told me I couldn't have it & they tried to shut down internet sales...
Yes. Bought it back when it seemed like FBHO might try to ban them by EO.
No, not from the south, not particularly in to Skynard.
I do kinda want one now that it's triggering so many precious cutie pies though. |
Yes, I fly the First National flag out front, alongside Ole Glory.
The Gadsden comes out frequently as well as the Templar Knights Battle flag. |
No. I've never lived east of the Mississippi or south of the 45th parallel.
I think my brother had a small one as part of a display of historical US flags he built as a kid. |
I have absolutely no reason or desire to own a confederate flag......until recently. I have relatives, very old, living in the South and some have mentioned their very old flags, that they needed a good home win the time comes.
Not an actual flag. But I do have a couple of General Lee's from Dukes of Hazard with the flag painted on it. I said no.
The state of Minnesota has its own original - and its not giving it back.

No. My ancestor fought in Sherman's army.
I believe I relatives on both sides actually - but we have a union cap that belonged to an ancestor. IIRC his enlistment was up and he was discharged sometime around The Battle of Pea Ridge |
Have the old GA flag - check!
Picked cotton - check! Know the words to Dixie, Star Spangled Banner, and America the Beautiful- check! And know most of the words to the songs of Hank Williams and David Allen Coe! And if that ain't country, I don't know what is? |
I think you have to own one in Kentucky .
But I also own many many many flags. |
Yes I do. 3 as a matter of fact. One 4x6 in my garage and 2 3x5 somewhere here. Lots of them in my AO as regular flags or car/truck decals. Have an American flag on the house and a Culpepper Gadsan on the outside of my garage.

I'm a Gettysburg native and the Stars and Bars flies over my stone fire-pit and has for 25 years.
I guess I'm a sympathizer. You know, slavery sucked. Okay. Everybody gets that. But, the WAR didn't begin over the North declaring slavery banned - or, anything remotely like that. Sorry, but States Rights isn't just a red herring. The South was getting the shaft royally and had been for quite some time. And let's not forget, secession was NOT unconstitutional. |
I didn't own one but after all the bullshit about the battle flag so I bought several.
Bonnie Blue on my Jeep, Battle flag and Stars and Stripes on my motorcycle and a variety in my garage. |
I will fight for the South shall a great war break loose upon these lands.
I will be an all star and never relinquish my firearm like Josey Wales. I shall spit upon my Northern brothers and ask how their snake oil is on stains. FBHO aka Yankee bluebelly bastard |
