Wow that one is small and not much left of those planes. I like ours better. Plus desert great place to store shit.

They are free-er that us, then can fly their drones right up to airport runways.

Pretty sure that's an air museum, or their equivalent.

What's that twin boom aircraft with the huge wingspan, Russia's answer to the U-2 ???

Thanks for posting that OP, very cool.

The person that made the video said that it was an air museum and the boneyard on the back of the property.

Looks like at 2:00 mark they briefly show one of those weird jet boat-plane things.  Cool.

Came to ask this same question.  Sure looks like it!  Looks like they went with a twin boom tail to perhaps make room for a tricycle landing gear.

I believe that is Monino. The aircraft looked much better 20 years ago. Sad really, to see such decay.

I'd love to have a wing that says "CCCP" on it.

It would look badass hanging in a shop or garage.

Read my mind. Every time I see shit like this I think "that'd look great on my shop wall"

I see a lot of models that have variants still in frontline service in the Soviet Uni... Russia.

I was wondering what that was.  Looks like counter rotating props on it too.

Also, what was the Concorde looking jet?  Back of my mind tells me they had a long range bomber that looked like a Concorde.

I think it might be a Tupolev Tu-144 Transport.

Yes, that's a TU-144.

Made (in)famous by its Paris airshow demonstration:

Yep, I actually visited there a few years ago.  It was really interesting to see!

Also, I should have a bunch of pictures, but I can’t post them until Wednesday.

Besides the MIG-23s’ what is that other fighter looking aircraft?

The kind that looks like it has drop tanks permanently atty?

Edit: I believe it to be a Yak-28

There was a Concorde-ski on the right when the drone was looking at the Bear and Backfire from behind.  And on the left of that view there was a dark colored aircraft that was their XB-70-ish aircraft.  The Sukhoi T-4 looked like a mix of the TU-144 and the XB-70.
