I have a few .32 guns.  I'm sure many tier-1 arfcom operators would deem them silly, but I enjoy them.  Now I've got the itch to buy something in .25acp to bridge the gap between my Beretta minx in .22short and my .32 Frommer Stop.  Maybe a Mauser 1910?

Please share some photos and experiences.

Edit: page two, purchased a Mauser model 1910.  Still looking for a Walther model 9.

I have a Titan .25ACP that my Grandfather gave me about 15 years ago that for all intents and purposes should be a P.O.S. but the little thing shoots well and works perfectly.

Is that a .25 ACP Frommer Stop? I thought they only went down to .32 ACP.

As for me in .25 ACP I have:

A Seecamp, a pair of Brescia Galeci's, a Taurus PT-25, and a little Velo-Dog type revolver.

I was lucky enough to get one of the ones that works flawlessly although its still a .25 it only cost me $20.

I also found this one in .22lr for $50.

I have a Beretta 950 .25ACP. Neat little gun. Never had a jam or a problem in 20+years. Being single action and tiny, it's a little slow into action but accurate despite tiny "sights". The tip up barrel is convenient to check status and also negates need to rack the slide for elderly/weak hands.

Those are cool, I'll grab one someday.  PPKs and TPHs are cool also.

.25 ACP would make a fun reloadable round for a .22 LR style rifle/carbine.

I've been looking for one of these. I have the .22 short model, but it's a pain in my ass.  One range visit it's perfect, the next it can go two rounds in a row.  I thought the .25 would be more reliable.

Walther PP  .32acp

Unfortunately it isn't reliable and hasn't been since the day I bought it.

It went to a gunsmith, but of course it didn't malfunction for him

I have a minx 22short  and a blue and a nickel 950 25acp.

The minx gives me every failure-to-whatever imaginable.

both 950s run virtually flawlessly

I love tiny guns, gunna get a 25acp or five someday.

The baby browning is pretty amazing, as is the walther lookalike that's slightly smaller. The Beretta 21A in 25acp is also a cool little gun.

I kind of want to try reloading it. You can use no 3 buckshot as plinking bullets.

My 25 ACP 950s have been absolutely reliable.   I carried one for a lot of years as a pocket gun, then I got one that used to be my Grandfathers and picked up a 22 Short in a pawn shop.   Great guns but they put micro grooves in the top of my hand when I shoot them.

I don't think there's anything defective with the minx guns.

22 short is just drastically inferior for the job 25acp was designed for.

950 is also 8 + 1 capacity

When all you're doing is poking 1/4 inch holes in an attacker an extra 1-3 over other pocket guns could matter.

I had a Lorcin .25acp once... gave it to my father in law when he moved to a appartment in the city.. he's potentially an easy target, lots of health problems, didn't have anything and didn't have the money for anything. I polished the feed ramp and cut some slide aberrations since he had a hard time working the slide. Got it working fairly well, showed him how to use it and said "here". He wanted to give me something for it..I laughed and told him I felt bad about giving that piece of junk to anyone,  you don't owe me a thing!

He's still got it.

.32 ACP FMJ is seemingly the smallest centerfire automatic caliber that will reliably penetrate @ least 12" in ballistic gel; hence its long use in European armies in FMJ.

.25 ACP is seemingly the candidate for a .22 LR replacement in a long shortage; that necked-down .17? .20? ACP looks very interesting, as pressures could be pushed higher than .17 HM2.
