I had a small batch made up by that woman who's husband is an OIF vet.  Price was right and the quality was excellent.  I'll check my links and see if I can find her.

They've changed a lot since I used them.  Nothing on the webpage now, check their FB link.

I have buttons made. Cheaper than patches and can be worn in more places.

The guy who makes them for me is a raving liberal though...

I also used these guys for a bunch of printed 1x2 inch patches (the design was too intricate for embroidery).  Their quality is excellent as well.

Vinyl?

Cool

I've been looking a while for a custom PVC place but I think vinyl will do just fine.

Camotech

I used them for our team 10 years ago. They did a great job and were very friendly. Small batches were ok.

Is there a local embroidery place near you? I haven't had ours do any yet, but I have talked to them about it and it sounds like something they are able to do.

Out of curiosity what does it run to get patches made?

Is PVC less or more than embroidery?

If you go overseas direct they are pretty comparable. There's usually a die charge for PVC, but embroidery usually requires a digitizing fee. It's cheaper to have the digitizing done and the needed files submitted to the embroidery place. I've had our logos done for flats and hats for $20 each. I specified the machine used and they made the file and provided a PDF sample with stitch count and thread colors.
