I don’t see why they could not leave a bursting charge in place. Something small, but still enough to spread the puzzle pieces around a bit.

Didn't work so well, the recoil pushes the AC enough that it's inaccurate. The Thais bought them for border patrol but removed the 20mm's... They were just available cheap.
