I spotted for a very small amount of time in this YouTube video of what appears to be a very clone correct PSA Colt Light Machine Gun M16A2.
3:38- 3:44 in this vid just a quick glance in background https://youtu.be/2Z8YB-JUGGA?si=wr_9rE67DDOA8_GB |

Seems like something neckbeards will hoard and price gouge on GB.

Okay, if this drops I’m snagging one. I haven’t NEEDED a gun in a while and I NEED this.

If Could get the furniture I could turn my old ass Colt HBAR into one.

They should totally partner up with RareBreed and license and make FRTs.
Make them common use. |

Saw it earlier today but didn’t post, figured with all the SHOT attendees someone would have already posted it.

View Quote What do you think that will cost? I just want the furniture. |

PSA just keeps showing us what a great company it is & worthy of our spending dollars.

It looks like it is bending the wall hanger because it's so fucking heavy.

An A4 removable carry handle variant would be cool. I appreciate the retro replicas too but mounting modern optics on a HB gun just makes too much sense.

I hope they use the FN MG barrels for these. If so, I'm in for at least an upper.

Quoted: I'm hoping you're right, but I think a little north of $2000 to start. They'll probably also end up just selling the upper for those with NFA lowers. View Quote I just realized that I'm not accounting for the bipod, grip, and carry handle. Hmm. |

I remember in the late 90s/early 2000s they were selling Colt LMG uppers sans bolt for around $350 in Shotgun News. Just like STG FAL kits for $100, I didn't buy them when I should have....

View Quote Yup - I recall CDNN was selling them and other Colt uppers. I bought a 16" HBAR Colt upper from them dirt cheap. CDNN used to have some good sales in 90s/early 00s, New FN Hi-powers for $399 in various flavors.... |

I need everything but the stripped upper to put on my SP2 receiver.

Like you could have anything even remotely resembling anything like that living where you do You'd laugh to see how many belt feds are in California. Legally. They have goofy ass winged pistol grips or spades only but they're 100% out there legally. I couldn't believe it but somehow they've been overlooked by the insane antigun laws there. I say - good! |

I'm in for a barreled upper to pair with my FRT-equipped lower.

So, the Colt LMG is an open bolt machinegun. Are these going to be open or closed bolt and what does ATF think about that?

I doubt ATF would care either way if it's just an upper. Such parts aren't restricted. There was a place online selling all the open bolt parts needed for a conversion. |
