Checking in to hotels that suddenly no longer had any room as soon as they saw my passport. I didn't think this attitude truly existed until I experienced it. Normandy? Complete 180 and a fantastic area to visit. |

The problem with the left is they refuse to accept the evidence that their approach is failing, when things don't go as planned they double down.
This is why they all love Socialism, you just have to do it harder and it will work this time! |

Secondly the Russians are not in a position of strength. They were running out of people before they declared war on Ukraine and by now a huge portion of their young men are either dead, wounded or in exile. A problem that will only get worse as time goes on. People are often looking for some strongman to make everything alright. This is not a time of strength. This is a time for knock kneed losers and the incredibly old to steal everything they can then fuck off to some other land so they can laugh their heads off as most western and many eastern civilizations poison themselves to death with their drug of choice. Whatever that may be. |

Quoted: DOOM aside, the RN may have almost doubled their chunk of the legislature. If the NF and Ensemble keep them out of power, and continue to do what they've been doing and continue to alienate voters (which is what has been strengthening the RN, these last ten years), the RN will likely run the boards in the next election (which, absent a governmental collapse, will be the Presidential Election). The RN are really the only major Party in France (and, aside from the FdI in Italy, the closest to actually governing) that is willing to tackle the hot-button stuff, like Immigration, that's pissing off the voters. No matter how many times they get called "Fascists"....eventually, the voters that are tired of uncontrolled immigration, etc, etc, will hire the "Fascist" to deal with what the other parties won't, no matter how naughty the other parties say that is. France’s finance’s are fucked. Macron probably seen the writing on the wall and decided to call these snap elections so he had a way out. France in 5 years is going to looks drastically different from what it does today and not for the better. They also have gotten kicked out of a lot of African countries the last two years thanks to all the coup’s.

The Church is an offensive machine and the gates of hell can't stand. Where you see growing darkness you will always find a sick Church. You can run demonic forces out of power but if you don't maintain ground they will return....in force. They will assume your NIH, CDC, FBI, CIA ect. Because the Left and much of the Center won't address the elephants in the room, and the Right will. Yes, we're all disappointed France isn't going to have a RN government this cycle. That sucks. They did, OTOH, double their share of the Legislature (potentially making it a hung parliament, if the honeymoon between the Ensemble and the Left Coalition* doesn't last)...in the face of a fairly unified Left-Center alliance against them. It's hardly DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM-worthy, and some of the posters here should go touch grass and enjoy the sunlight for a few hours. *-the Left Coalition is going to fuck up the (unpopular) measures Macron took to stabilize the French financial/budget system (raising retirement age, etc)....and that's not going to end well for them. |

This is why they all love Socialism, you just have to do it harder and it will work this time! View Quote Liberalism has been failing in the US for 60 years. No sane person can provide any clear example of a case where liberal leadership has succeeded. It has failed miserably every time attempted, and yet with every passing decade, society drifts further left. Why? Ill say it again. For decades....generations even....every liberal policy has failed. With every passing attempt at adopting liberal ideology, society has suffered. And yet, decade after decade, more and more people drift toward the left. Why? Its not a rhetorical question. And frankly I don't know the answer. The only hypothesis I can offer is that the average intelligence of humans is decreasing with each generation. While I cant explain it, or understand it....I'd still bet money that liberals aren't going anywhere. They will continue their endeavor of destroying the application of basic economic principles and simple conservatism. The left seems convinced, despite ALL evidence, that socialism is the path we should all be on. And they have made if clear that they will destroy the innocent and leave collateral damage in their wake as they pursue their vision. |

Quoted: Quoted: This is why we have to fix the R party, not add more parties. Alliances and payoffs will keep the globalists in power. Good luck with that. The other options are worse. The more parties, the more division and the more likely ideology is compromised to create alliances. History has shown this is almost universally compromise towards the Left. |

So basically every place that has parliamentary systems, the left and sometimes some of the center/right will join parties just to keep in power. And to keep those "radical right wingers" out.
Sounds like Canada is every where. |

The photos I have seen, it looks like France is either minority white or it's very close to being that way. There is census data for France after WW2 and they only had 70,000 non-French there, while it is at least 5 million today as they admit there are at least that many Muslims from North Africa...and this 5 million has been quoted since the late 90s and never gets revised, sort of like how "11 million illegals" has been quoted since the early 2000s yet we all know that's bullshit. So the big picture is that all of the imports canceled out the native French people's vote and then gave a majority to these open borders Communist parties, which includes Macron as he is not a Centrist despite the media saying that, he's also a Commy. They lost their country via mass immigration and this was likely the intent from the start.

Quoted: I wouldn't count on that. It feels like here lately the elites are tired of playing the slow game and are going for all the marbles. Uncontrolled migration could very well tip the country to the point where voting their way back to normal isn't possible. We're already seeing the early stages of that here. That said, when the French make a violent correction, they usually don't take half measures. View Quote Like the US they must cut all benefits the immigrants receive and then place a huge entry fee to allow them in. No immigrant should be allowed in without $100k paid up front and no benefits until they get their green card. Cant pay? Too bad GBPSE. |

I'm not in a doom mode. 1/3 of the voices went to the far-left, 1/3 to the center and 1/3 to the far-right. France is going to be a mess for the next 2 years, nothing will get done and there is a strong possibility that new elections will be called before that. RN will have to do better. They are by far the worst party of the far-right in Europe. Being anti-muslim is not enough. As for myself, I live in the western part of a county called "Ain", very rural, our deputy was from the far-right and it's the same one tonight. |
